  1. Valid Government-Issued Photo Identification: This must be issued by an agency of the US Federal Government, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or your local government. It should include your name, residence address, sex, and date of birth. A combination of government-issued documents is acceptable. The primary identification must be at least 30 days old from the date of original issuance.
  2. Active Duty Service Members: If you are stationed in Pennsylvania, please bring:
  • A copy of your Current PCS Orders identifying your duty station as being in Pennsylvania.
  • Your DOD ID.
  • A valid government-issued document showing your local primary address (e.g., a Pennsylvania hunting or fishing license, or a municipality utility bill). Active Duty Service Members are processed and charged as Pennsylvania residents.

  • Minimum Charge: The minimum charge for shop labor is $40 per gun, per project. Shop labor hours are rounded up to the nearest quarter of an hour.
  • Testing: If firearm is dropped off for malfunction diagnosis, a magazine and ammunition must be provided. $10 charge for live fire testing if need. If no ammunition is provided, a box will be added to the bill.
  • Cleaning: If we need to clean your gun before working on it, an ultrasonic cleaner cycle and dry charge will be added to the invoice. We do not contact the client before cleaning the gun.
  • Diagnostic and Repair Services: Our services address malfunctions with precision.
  • Function Testing: All firearms will be function tested prior to returning to the customer.
  • Pricing: Unless specified, prices are for labor only and do not include parts.
  • Return to Customer: If someone else picks up your firearm when it’s finished, they must pass a background check before the firearm can be released to them as well as conformation from person who dropped it off.

  • Disassembly: We meticulously disassemble the firearm into its main components, ensuring each part is accessible for thorough cleaning and inspection.
  • Cleaning: Each part undergoes a rigorous cleaning process using both ultrasonic and hand cleaning methods, tailored to the specific needs of each component. This ensures the removal of all residues and buildup.
  • Inspection: Every component is carefully inspected for signs of wear and tear. We ensure that all parts are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
  • Lubrication: We apply high-quality lubrication to all necessary parts, ensuring smooth operation and reducing wear. This step is crucial for maintaining the longevity and reliability of your firearm.
  • Reassembly: The firearm is expertly reassembled with precision. We conduct thorough testing to ensure it operates correctly and safely.
  • Operational Check: We ensure that all parts function correctly, verifying the overall integrity of the firearm.
  • Safety Inspection: We verify that all safety mechanisms are working as intended, ensuring the firearm is safe to use.
  • Performance Testing: We assess the firearm’s performance under various conditions to ensure it meets expected standards.

  • Complete Disassembly: If it can be taken apart and reassembled, we do it. Every component is meticulously disassembled to ensure thorough cleaning and inspection.
  • Ultrasonic and/or Hand Cleaning: We provide a deep clean using ultrasonic technology or hand cleaning, depending on the specific needs of each part. This ensures that all appropriate parts are thoroughly cleaned, removing any residue or buildup.
  • Drying: After cleaning, all parts are carefully dried to prevent any moisture-related issues.
  • Inspection: Each component is meticulously inspected for wear and tear, ensuring that everything is in proper working order. This step is crucial for maintaining the safety and reliability of your firearm.
  • Lubrication: Proper lubrication is applied to all parts to ensure smooth operation and to prevent wear. We use high-quality lubricants tailored to the specific requirements of your firearm.

  • Remove Live Round: Starting at $90 – Our skilled technicians safely remove live rounds from your firearm, adhering to strict safety protocols to prevent any accidents.
  • Remove Squib Load: Starting at $75 – We carefully extract squib loads, ensuring your firearm is safe to use and preventing potential barrel damage. Price can go up depending on how many projectiles are stuck in barrel.
