General Policy At Black Lab Arms & Gunsmithing LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


  1. Returns
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@blacklabarms.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

  1. Refunds
  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including:
  • Custom orders
  • Firearms and ammunition
  • Gift cards coming soon

  1. Exchanges
  • Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at Support@blacklabarms.com.

  1. Shipping
  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: If the item is not received or is damaged during the return process, we cannot issue a refund.
